Jessie & Bree | wedding

weddings are magical / joyful / exciting / emotional & full of special moments.  the Osborn wedding was absolutely all of those things & more.  good food / great friends / live music / two people making a promise....all the ingredients for a beautiful wedding.

the place – Red Bluff Inn.

the day – June 17, 2017.

the couple – Bree & Jessie (Oz).

although the day turned out to be one of the hottest of the year, you’d be hard-pressed to hear any complaints from the bride+groom.  the two simply smiled, laughed & enjoyed preparing to commit themselves to each other in front of family & friends.  bree’s dog, Blue, roamed the property & occasionally took a dip in the lake to cool off.  meanwhile, friends & family set up tents & campfires for the post-wedding retreat.  the ceremony was intimate & reflected the couple’s love and values perfectly. one of the most memorable moments of the ceremony was when the couple & bree’s son potted plants together as a symbol of the family becoming one.              (insert all the feels!)

as the day came to an end, the air was filled with music & laughter as everyone danced the night away and made their way to the tents.  basically….it was a dream. cheers to the lovely couple & may their marriage be full of as much joy & love as their wedding day.

Tommy & Che | wedding |

oklahoma is known for its temperamental weather patterns & it didn’t change for Tommy+Che’s summer wedding.  the day started off sunny & warm as the bride + groom got ready for their evening wedding. however, as the time drew closer, the winds shifted, the clouds rolled in & the rain fell.

did the bride+groom mind?

did they let the weather rain on their parade?

nope!

in fact, Tommy+Che embraced the rain with grace and laughter.  it really started to pour right before the reception & instead of wanting to rush inside to avoid getting soaked…. the couple wanted to take photos like “the notebook.” –– absolutely!  it quickly became one of our favorite bride+groom shoots EVER.  family & friends of the couple didn’t even blink when we all showed up to the reception soaking wet & ready to dance.  it was one of the many things that made their wedding so much fun to be part of.

as their friends & photographers, we truly enjoyed every bit of their wedding day + wish them ALL the best in their marriage.
